As a Real Estate Agent and a home owner I am deeply aware of the issues facing all of us who purchased a home in the last 4 year in Arizona. The market here is one of the worst hit by the fall that started that never to be forgotten April.I had a stack of files on my desk, three of which were to close escrow that same week. Everything was starting to crumble around me. The company I worked for let our Spanish Speaking Loan Officers go so I was the only one left in the company who could communicate effectively with my buyers.Two of the files belonged to two different buyer who happened to have the same name. The third one that was to close that week was someone who never closed and had a different name all together. The lenders were calling hourly and the updates were coming fast and furiously. My buyers didn't understand what was happening, nor did any of us for that matter. The market was taking a drive downward. We all knew it would but we didn't know it was going to fall apart the way it did.
